Private Coaching Session

Membership in TAB also includes a private coaching session where issues raised at board meeting are reviewed. Proprietary business diagnostic processes are also utilized during sessions to quickly identify your key issues and to develop plans to resolve those issues.

The private coaching session allows TAB members to use the broad business background of the TAB-Certified Facilitator to derive maximum value from the TAB experience.

The coaching session is typically used to:


  • Discuss follow-up on a course of action suggested at the previous TAB Board Meeting
  • Prepare an issue for presentation to the board
  • Track progress on the business planning process
  • Complete mini-consulting projects such as:
    • Interviewing prospective employees
    • Helping write ads, brochures, business cards, business marketing and strategic plans.
    • Holding lunch meetings with the member's employees to get feedback on employee opinions and expectations.
  • Work through proprietary business tools: TAB Business Vantage® and Strategic Business Leadership®.
