In the past, I've found it very hard some mornings to get motivated enough to go to work. What's driven me there is - knowing that others depend on me too much to run the business. My TAB experience has allowed me to begin to develop a plan to have my business depend less upon me and more upon the employees and an in-place system. TAB provides me with a group of peers that provide a sober second-thought to business moves I'm planning on making. Without their counsel, I'd probably have made considerably more mistakes in my business and personal lives.
