Kim Christie

Kim Christie is the owner of TAB – Winnipeg Inc., providing solutions to leaders of small and mid-size businesses through peer advisory boards and personal one-on-one coaching. He has over 25 years of senior executive experience and proven results in business development, strategic planning, marketing and operations. Kim’s expertise includes sales generation through mass and direct marketing, turnaround of non-performing businesses, product/ services development, strategic alliances and customer relationship marketing.

Kim’s career began with Sears Canada as a salesman and quickly advanced to head office in Toronto where he successfully overcame many challenges – acting primarily as a troubleshooter. He honed entrepreneurial skills launching new corporate initiatives like the Air Miles program where he witnessed the power of peer advisory boards. Kim, plus top Canadian executives from Shell, Safeway and Bank of Montreal were Air Miles Senior Advisory Board members who met regularly to develop program goals and strategies.

In 1999 Kim accepted a new senior position with The North West Company where he increased catalogue sales and profits plus re-negotiated contracts with Canada Post and MTS.

Kim recently concluded his distinguished corporate career to pursue a lifelong dream – that of owning his own business. It’s been a long journey from sales floor to senior executive office. At TAB – Winnipeg, Kim applies corporate learnings with proven TAB products into a winning formula to coach business owners to achieve their personal and professional visions and goals – along with a healthy work/life balance.

Boyd Liski

Boyd Liski is a certified TAB Board Facilitator & Strategic Business Leadership Coach and President/CEO of Iksil Investment Group Inc., a boutique firm specializing in strategic investing, business transformation & coaching, exit planning and sales & marketing consultation and direction for companies located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

In his 25 years of experience, Boyd brings extensive collaborative leadership know-how to his Board Members with an unbroken track record to create commercial success and bring brand value to market by identifying and exploiting sales growth opportunities, opening new markets and accounts, and leveraging technology to gain advantage over competitors.

Through his entrepreneurial ventures, Boyd has won business in every province and state across North America; being involved in eight varying acquisition, integration, growth and exit plans. His accomplished past includes senior and equity positions at a bi-national communications organization (printing), a Canadian storage facility chain (real estate), a kitchen and bathware specialist (retail & manufacturing) and a data-driven direct marketing business (cloud technology & eCommerce); amongst others.

His areas of special focus include strategy development, implementation and exit planning; team-building; executive and sales training; and all aspects of marketing and manufacturing. Boyd has MBA studies from York University in Toronto and is a B. Admin graduate of University of Regina.
